Moving Rates - Residential & Offices

Our standard hourly moving rates apply to most local moves in Palo Alto and the San Francisco Bay Area. Extraordinary type moves, Commercial, or Office moves involving Cubicle teardowns or more than 15 employees in size may affect moving rates based on the particular circumstances involved and type of equipment needed. Contact us to discuss your move and we'll set up an onsite estimate if necessary. LABOR ONLY RATES HERE

    It is our policy to provide our clients as much information regarding their move and moving rates as possible to avoid any last minute surprises common with many other movers. We believe it is only fair to every customer, in addition to it being the ethical way to manage any business. We hope you agree!


    Note: "Double Drive Time" fees apply to all local San Francisco Bay Area moves pursuant to CA law PUC Regulations (the distance we travel between your pickup address to your final destination address)

    WE DO NOT APPLY ANY ADDITIONAL "FUEL FEES" LIKE MANY OTHER LOCAL MOVERS DO!


    The Hourly Rates in Your Moving Reservation Include:

    *Email reservation confirmations *Guaranteed Move Date

    *Door-to-door service  *Time starts at your door & ends upon completion of your move

    *Loading and unloading  *FREE disassembling and reassembling of your furniture if needed

    *FREE use of moving equipment during move  *FREE use of blankets for furniture wrapping protection

    *FREE use of wardrobe boxes during move  *No extra charge for stairs, elevators or long carry 

    *FREE basic cargo insurance as required by California Law *All fuel, mileage, tax and tolls 


    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    Our number one priority is always the SAFE moving of all of your property!

     

    FRAGILE ITEMS & ELECTRONICS:In the event you do not have original packing materials or protective boxes originally used at time of purchase of high value electronic or fragile items, these items may require special packing by us in order to be safely moved and avoid potential liabilities resulting from possible damage during the moving/transporting process.


    *Hourly Rates Do Not Include Cost of Any Packing Materials

    *We are unable to transport any flammable materials including Propane Tanks

    *Payment is due upon completion of move in either cash or check

    *Please, have any moving boxes you have packed - marked, sealed and under 50lbs
